Overview
Traffic Ticket Buddy is a subscription-based platform that connects drivers with experienced traffic attorneys. Members can submit tickets through a portal, get matched with a state-licensed attorney, and track their case status in real time — all without stepping foot in a courthouse.
The Challenge
The client needed a platform that could handle subscription billing with multiple tiers (Basic, Pro, Family, CDL), securely process member data, match users with attorneys by state, and provide a real-time case tracking dashboard. It also needed to be mobile-friendly since most users would be submitting tickets from their phones.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack web application with Stripe-powered subscription billing, a member portal with real-time case status updates, an admin dashboard for attorney management, and automated email notifications for case milestones. The mobile-first design ensures a seamless experience on any device.
