Coderize provides web development, design, consulting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements between Coderize and the client.
Project Agreements
All project work is governed by a separate statement of work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, payment terms, and timelines. These terms supplement any project-specific agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and design deliverables created specifically for their project. Coderize retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the engagement.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
Coderize's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
