This policy covers coderize.dev and the forms on it. Our games and apps have their own apps privacy policy.
Information We Collect
We collect what you give us through the site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, budget range and message.
- Project requests: your name, email address, company, phone number, project details and the package you chose.
- Free website grader and speed test: the website address you enter, your email address and the results.
- Free Google Business Profile audit: your business name, city and email address, and the results.
- Estimate requests: your name, your company if you give one, your email address and the estimate itself (the options you picked and the totals).
The website cost calculator runs in your browser. We only receive your estimate if you ask us for the PDF.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, discuss project requirements, run the free tools you ask for and deliver our services. We use an estimate request to make your PDF and to follow up with you about the project.
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We do share it with the partners described below, which run parts of this site and its email for us.
Partners That Help Run This Site
- Hosting and email partners: host the website, its API and the database that holds audit and estimate requests, and send the site's email. Their systems record standard details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for.
- Analytics partners: measure how the site is used (see below).
- Free tool partners: when you use a free tool, a website testing service receives the website address you enter, and a business listing service receives the business name and city.
- Security partners: can check that a form is being sent by a person and not a bot. When that check runs, the partner receives technical details of your browser and connection.
- Scheduling partners: if we give you a link to book a call and you use it, you go to the partner's own site, which handles what you enter there.
- Error reporting partners: receive technical error reports from our API. We've set this to leave out request bodies, cookies and IP addresses.
Cookies & Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Our tag manager loads our measurement tags, including Google Analytics, and another analytics partner counts visits. These tools can set cookies in your browser, and they receive details of your visit: the pages you view, the buttons and links you use, the site you came from, your device and browser, and your IP address or a rough location worked out from it.
This data is not anonymous, because it can be tied to your browser or IP address. We read it as combined statistics.
To limit it, block cookies for this site in your browser, use a content blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How Long We Keep It
Website audits, Google Business Profile audits and estimate requests are stored in our database and kept until they are deleted at your request. They have no set deletion date.
Contact forms and project requests are not stored in that database. They reach us as email, which stays in our mailbox, and we keep a log of the email we send.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
