Overview

Comprehensive Property Tax LLC is a consulting and advisory firm that works on every part of property tax: real estate assessment appeals, business personal property compliance and audit defense, fixed asset tagging, pollution control exemptions, and abatements and incentives. Its team of former Big 4 consultants, former assessors, CPAs and property tax specialists files for clients across many states.

The Challenge

The firm's WordPress site had lost its hosting, so it was starting over. Its buyers are controllers, tax directors and property owners who need to see quickly whether the firm handles their kind of property and their states, and personal property deadlines differ by state, sometimes by county, and can't be extended once missed.

Our Solution

We built a new static Astro site organized the way clients search: six service pages covering the full property tax lifecycle, fourteen industry pages from manufacturing and distribution centers to golf courses and theatres, and a states page with a table of assessment dates and return deadlines. The free assessment review form asks which service and which states are involved, so the firm can answer with specifics.
