Overview

Axis AcctOps LLC is a remote-first accounting and operations practice that serves both households and businesses: catch-up and monthly bookkeeping, payroll, internal controls and reporting for established businesses, entity setup and planning for start-ups, and budgeting, debt pay-down and tax preparation for families. The books are handled by the owner, not a call center.

The Challenge

Axis serves three very different audiences, a business owner months behind on reconciliations, a first-time founder, and a family planning its finances, and each needs to recognize their own problem quickly. Pricing had to be clear without pretending every client fits a fixed tier, since packages are scoped after a consultation.

Our Solution

We built a static Astro site that opens with the problems Axis solves, then gives each audience its own service page. The pricing page lays out named packages for start-ups and established businesses, with what each one covers, and quotes each after a free consult. The consult form asks for the business details and what the client is looking for up front, so the first call starts with context.
