Overview
All Steel Offroad designs, cuts, and welds heavy-duty 3/16-inch steel parts for UTV and side-by-side enthusiasts. Their catalog covers bumpers, light bar mounts, roof systems, and speaker bars across multiple UTV brands — every piece made in the USA rather than outsourced overseas.
The Challenge
Off-the-shelf storefront platforms force riders to dig through irrelevant inventory and force operators into fee-laden plugins for the basics. The brand needed a fitment-aware store where every part is tied to the exact machines it fits, a back-office tailored to how a fabrication shop actually works (variants, fitments, bundles, shipping dimensions, fulfillment), and full control over the customer experience without a marketplace tax.
Our Solution
We built a custom commerce platform — storefront and admin — designed around the way the business runs. Products carry explicit per-vehicle fitments, so the shop-by-vehicle catalog is data-driven rather than navigational. Variants, paired-product suggestions, reviews, and box dimensions all live in one schema so the same product record drives the storefront, fulfillment, and shipping rate calculation.
